ONLY joking....nostalgia trip on a grand scale....you planning on getting into the Yankee car scene over here?...had a few Americans myself, inc' a 69 Camaro 305cu...plus some Silverados and an F150...all nice .

Had more than a few Phil! Mustangs, chevelles, trans ams, vettes, a cuda...57 T bird
Best of the lot was my '70 Chevelle SS... 454 engine 500 bhp.... the one I really regret parting with :( Sold it in 1984 for about 4 grand.
Saw it go on Ebay last year for 35K!! :(

FWIW: One of the big reasons I like (and bought) a VX is the fender shape. It reminds me of my favorite body-shape, the C3 Corvette. Yeah, I ended up buying a C4 generation vette but I added sidepipes and a few other retro things to remind me of that era.

For my "off" days and as a daily driver, I picked the VX. Probably about as fast as the 1980's emission's-stiffled sub-200hp C3 Corvette.

Maybe faster! LOL

OTOH, my neighbor calls it my "muffin-top" car. Because of the mid-drift bulge.
