A link to a "rate my trucks off road ability", where you input your mods & they rate how off road capable your rig is?

IIRC, it might have been Billy, with a link to Pirate, but can't find anything with multiple searches, both here, & there...:_thinking

I remember it but don't remember if I posted it or not...and if I did no clue how or where I got it from. Isn't getting old grand? :D
