Sorry if this has been covered before, but I did search and came up empty...

Is there an interface and software that will work with the VX for a cheap price?

I got a cable and software on eBay for my Audi (VAG-com) and a different one for my mitsubishi. I'd love something for the VX!

I have a scangauge 2, so know the info is there, just need a way of getting that onto my laptop.

And interface it via Bluetooth to my Droid phone or laptop.

Works well.
