I have no knowlege of this vendor.
Just happened upon this by chance & thought some of you craftsman types might find a use for such a thing...:smack:...:luck:

The downloadable instructions are what I found useful...;)

Mebbe you could try that in place of all the diamond plate bits. :p

Well it'd be lighter anyway...

Looks like a way less expensive option for those who wanted the CF mirror covers.

The fact that I have a piece of 2x2 twill C-F fabric, large enough to do the hood insert, is the main reason this kit caught my eye...:naughty:
When I gitaminnit, I'm gonna DL the instructions.

Might wanna wait till it thaws a bit in your neck of the woods. Those resins probably won't set up to well in the tundra!

In spite of your opinion, which may be contradictory to my next statement...

I AM TOO smart enough to remove the insert & bring it inside...:yesgray:

Do you know where one could buy these kits in the US? Where did you get your fabric?

If you google "epoxy resin" you'll find some of what you're looking for.

This is the ebay vendor I purchaced my C-F fabric from.

Unfortunately, the piece that's about the right size, is the wrong weave (for me)

And the piece that's the right weave (2x2 twill) is too small...:confusedw

Search ebay, who knows what other vendors might have...:_confused

This particular vendor's inventory changes all the time.
