DFW meet - Sat 8/23/03

Lisa, Jay and myself will be @ TX Stadium in Irving @ the Cayenne Driving Experience. Any other VXes want to get together after our offroad test drives? We are signed up for noon and should be free by 2 for a get together.

Taking suggestions for places or feel free to come out to at least watch the Cayennes in Action- we’ll be there around 11.

Something must have bumped one the planets. I am out of the mix - my trip was cancelled. They bought the class, but didn't fund the travel. : (

Well damn..... I signed up for noon for the cayenne experience, then realized this is the same day as my company Paintball outing (that I set-up). So unfortunately I will not be able to make it to drive the cayenne. If you all are planning to meet up for some dinner afterwards, I should be done paintballing around 2:00. I would like to meet up with ya'll sometime after that.......

We’ll have a Suite at the Omni so maybe a party there after dinner? We’re planning on getting into Dallas around 11 on Sat and meeting Jay and others somewhere before going to TX Stadium.

I think we should just meet at TX Stadium around 11:30 and then decide what to do after the driving. Rob had talked about wanting to do Scott's turn signal mod and Tom has a fog light issue to resolve so maybe out to Jay's house to do those.

The event starts at 9am that day so if you get there early, there will be something to watch. See everyone there!

We are planning a party at the Omni and need a head count to see who is interested in coming! Tim are you bringing the margarita machine?? And need opinions on what time is best for ya'll!! Jaeger for all!!

Once again a kink in my weekend plans......I get a phone call from relatives saying "hey were gonna be in Dallas Saturday, and would like to see you......" Now I'm torn. I wanna party with my VX Peeps, but don't want to piss off the family either. Soooo unless something happens and they don't call, I'll be watching this post for updates to make sure I join in the festivities if possible.......:waab:
