Ok, I am sure this has already been thought of, and considered by many, but I have a few questions regarding this mod.

I am close to paying off my vehicross, which is rust free, and I LOVE IT. There is just one thing I wish my truck had. A TDI engine with 400+ ftlb of torque. I payed 7300 for my truck, and I really think it would be worth it to drop another 10 - 15 grand into it just for a TDI considering the VW Touareg 2, and Audi Q7 go for well over 40grand. in my case, 17 grand invested wouldn't be half bad.

Does anyone know of shop anywhere in the US that would install a 3.0 TDI into my truck? It may cost more, but I'm just curious... If guys can get entire body's of vehicles changed, new frames built, etc... why couldn't they do an engine/transmission/wiring harness swap for a pretty penny? (I know a transmission swap would be required for sure)

Am I the only one that would pay 10 -15 grand for something like this? This truck would be unstoppable! :yesy:

Better yet, does anyone know where I can get an 3.1L TDI isuzu engine imported from? That thing might be the best bet.

I found a 3.0L Tourag $6495, I wonder if I could get that rigged into the vehicross for 4 grand?
