Went down to Tacoma area last weekend. On Saturday We went over to my buddy's shop, he works for an excavation company. The guys there had some dirt and decided to make a little dirt bike track. after watching the guys ride for a while one guy said " you should take your car off that jump. Ill bet you 5 dollars you cant get all 4 tires off the ground."

Lets just say I made 5 bucks. And no I was not drinking. in fact i went off once more (witch my wife did not record) was going like 30 mph hit the jump and cleared the landing by 4 or 5 feat! I would not recommend. landed pretty hard on the flat.

Before I saw the video I was thinking.....o.k. this is going to look like all the other tried jumps. Boy, was I wrong.

That looked so natural.:eek: I’ve only jumped my VX one time and it landed like a Pre runner, you've got to love those shocks.:cool:

Thanx Moncha (Scott) for the extra viewpoints. I watched the "slow-mo" version many times. It appears that the VX landed perfectly on the departure ramp; thereby making the landing somewhat smooth. However, AK Falco stated that the second attempt (which was not video taped) was done at a faster speed and the VX landed beyond the departure ramp and onto the "flat" road itself, resulting in a very violent landing.

Kinda' reminds me of the Evil Kneival motorcycle jumps-- when landing on the departure ramps, everything was good; but, going too fast/too far and landing on the "flat" road made things much more violent.

All in all, a cool vid. I might consider doing something like that with a rental car or "your" VX; however, I ain't doing it with mine!!! Now, throw me your keys!!!

it was a hard landing. super fun now that i know nothing broke. on my last jump the guys said " looked like you were making a commercial!" looks good in slow mo. thanks Moncha!

That sucks!!! It gave me a headache like I was on some kind of illegal drug. Please delete it immediately!!!

What!? I just used pixel motion frame blending to turn 30fps into 120fps.:rolleyes:
