I have read 2 members here stating they pulled abs modules from used Troopers at salvage yards for cheap and it fixed the abs problem (I have error 43 which means $$$$).

Does anyone know which year Trooper? 1998 to 2002?

Thanks for ANY input.

i think 98-2002 is correct.. but the vehicle its pulled from needs to have 4 wheel disc brakes.. i thought it was rodeos that it would come from though.... not sure.. ill look at the spend module i have in my basement if you want for a part number... also if you were interested.. there is a guy who rebuilds them for about $100 bucks.. i have my old unit ill sell for $40 if you want to have it rebuilt.. i know its the right fit cause it was from the factory

98 to 99 Trooper abs module from a vehicle with 4 wheel disc brakes will work from what I have been told. I called my local insurance salvage yard, sold me a unit for $80.
