i had a run in with a fence recently and scratched my cladding up pretty bad.
i was wondering if any one had ever rhino lined their cladding i think it would be a whole lot more scratch resistant and tougher than the poly propelyne that is on there.

Yea, that's my truck. I really like it and I enjoy the DIY stuff better than letting anyone else do it. As for the Herculiner, the shiny aspect wears off in about a month and a couple of washings. I did 2 coats and as it ages it shows a little wear and peeling at the edges where it is hit a lot. If you do it, scuff the edges really well in addition to the regular prep. I would also suggest 3 coats. If you want it really heavy wait longer than the reccomended 2 hrs between coats for it to really firm up, then the next coat layers on top and so on.
I love it and wouldn't go back.
