Yeah, and what is it with chrome trim coming back in style? I thought we'd finally done away with that...yet here it is, as a feature around windows & stuff on newer vehicles. Gross.

I totally agree Anita! I see all those freaky looking Lexus SUV's nowadays that look like they're trying SOOOOO hard to look weird and cool and sporty and athletic and then I look at the VehiCross and it's design looks so effortless, like it...

It's amazing that after so many years of ownership, when I park her and make my way to the house, I always look back. I still admire the design like it was handmade just for me. Thanks for the kind words. :yesb::yesb::bgwb:

Hi, One thing to note using Por-15, is that it is NOT UV stable. It should be top coated after it is fully dry. Otherwise it will degrade over time chalking up and eventually rust will be able to take hold again... Eddie

If you can afford it, might not be bad to have 2. One to keep stock--one to go crazy with. I haven't had any oil consumption issues. I'm in the vast MINORITY on that. I'm not sure if the engine was rebuilt or what--because even though I check...

Hey there all! The title probably says it all, but I'm looking for a right front ABS sensor, and a full set of OEM shocks (front and rear). Its ok if they're worn out - I'll plan a rebuild for them - but I don't HAVE a set of OEM's, so I'm...

Thanks guys! I was a little worried about that oil dipstick. Coolant hose is now fixed. Only took a little less than a gallon of 50/50, so I must have popped that hose just as I pulled back in the yard, or as I was coming up the road... (gravel...

Picked up our second VX, little man already is tearing into it and getting the blown speakers out. The one addiction I don't mind......Mom on the other hand doesn't agree...... First step is admitting you have a problem.....What problem?

Wow It's so tempting to get new ones and have my old ones rebuilt and never worry about shocks again. Or maybe I should just enjoy driving on 17 year old ones with 133,000 miles and appreciate things that seemingly last forever. I'd still...

p.s. I did have the head gasket replaced on mine. Don't know when it went out--if it was my driving or it was previous to me buying it. It was protesting (temp gauge pinging) prior to me driving it across death valley (immediately after...

Ironically - I too drive a Mini Cooper (2003 6-spd S model) ... Love both - but obviously for COMPLETELY different reasons. But if you think about it - both are kind of "campy" vehicle selections... definitely unique crowds who love them.

    321. That's a HELL of an upgrade from a mini to the greatest mass-produced off-road vehicle ever made. ;) I recommend Hex mats, since they're much more spill-proof (and wear/dirt proof) and look great. They also match the grille. I'd also...
